GSX actuators combine a roller screw and servo motor technology to create a compact powerful linear actuator. The servo technology provides precise control over velocity, torque and motion, while the roller screw develops high forces and has a longer life than other mechanisms.

Integrated Motor/Actuator - One Compact Unit
With other actuator technologies, you are usually responsible for engineering the complete linear motion system. This usually includes purchasing the motor, gear reducer, timing belt, mounting hardware, flexible couplings, etc. separately. Then they all must be assembled to perform properly in a given application.
GSX Series actuators eliminate all this systems engineering. These units are single, fully integrated component packages - much smaller than traditional rotary-to-linear conversion mechanisms.
Five frame sizes are offered, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 175mm, with force ratings to 55109N. Each unit is offered with a number of stroke options, up to 457mm as standard.
Food grade versions and units for hazardous environments are also offered.
